1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using enggaze ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

enggaze is a platform that enables users to create and deploy custom AI tools for use in video conferencing platforms such as Zoom and Google Meet. The Service allows you to:

  • Create custom AI-powered tools with personalized prompts
  • Integrate tools with meeting platforms via OAuth
  • Track usage analytics and performance metrics
  • Manage multiple tools across different categories

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Create tools that generate harmful, abusive, or offensive content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Remove or modify any copyright or proprietary notices
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use the Service to spam, phish, or distribute malware

5. Subscription Plans

5.1 Free Plan

The free plan provides limited access to the Service with restrictions on the number of tools and usage limits.

5.2 Paid Plans

Paid subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise) offer additional features and higher usage limits. Pricing is available on our pricing page.

5.3 Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until that time.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by enggaze and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of the custom tools, prompts, and content you create. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use, store, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them without any obligation to you.

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Zoom, Google Meet). Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any part thereof, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENGGAZE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless enggaze and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
